Specialized in the manufacturing of external and/or complex parts for our customers in Brazil and abroad, the die shop of Karmann-Ghia do Brasil maintains a trustworthy partnership with its clients because of the high quality, keeping deadlines and competitive prices of its products.
Our die shop is equipped with:
· Engineering with simulation (Autoform), development and surface compensation in Catia and tool design in Autocad, on-line connection with our headquarters in Germany, as well as its own pattern shop.
· 8 milling machines CNC in medium and big sizes, including a high speed cutting machine (HSC) with a 5000 mm x 3000 mm table
· 7 presses, exclusively for tryout purposes, with tables up to 5000 mm x 2600 mm and a press force until 2000ton
