While development times are growing shorter, the quality demands for system components are increasing. Such aspects as reasonable production costs, and a function- and production-oriented product design - embedded in global production staregies - call for new methods to guarantee a certain quality.
In order to simplify the system integration of modules into a product, our feature controlled measure concept (MMK) serves as a general tool for a systematic process security as well as for a theoretical confirmation of the function measure concepts, from development to production support.
The integration of 1D-/3D- tolerance analyses and the resulting statements about risks and critical influential quantities may be used to increase a product's suitability for automated processing and the according process control.
