The body-in-white is constructed with stamped and punched parts, partly of an extremely strong quality and with anti-corrosion treatment. We use assembly methods with a flexible automation grade to join the components, from middle-frequency to laser welding. The body has to pass the fine finish before it comes to the paint shop to get its surface class-A treatment.
The construction of the body-in-white always begins at the bottom: it starts with the under-body-structure and the integration of all - e.g. convertible specific - modules.
Bodies and components for our clients are produced according to clearly defined quality standards. During production, the quality and measurement of all components, modules and bodies is continually supervised and documented by CNC measure machines. The welding stability proof is attained damage free via ultrasound.
