Simulators, test benches, test installations

Highly modern measuring and testing technologies in the assembly section provide the best conditions for meaningful examination results. Devices for climate and sun simulation are included as well as a sprinkler system and diverse components testing benches for doors and trunklids to analyse the safety of the vehicle.
The results of the durability and vehicle corrosion are gained in our new servo-hydraulic test centre. Here, among others, we have a 26-channel road- simulator, several separate cylinders and a 3D- swivel table.
The electrics/electronics section is mainly responsible for the development of derivates and niche vehicles. We plan and realise all engineering and testing programmes that are required for a complete vehicle engineering.
In the domain of engineering, we are not only concerned with the determination of bord network design including functionality and manufacturing feasibility, but in the system development within the framework of our new general system as well. In the testing section we concentrate on the validation of the overall functionality in the test arrangements as well as in complete vehicle testing. We also investigate the tolerance of the vehicle against electromagnetic distrurbance. For the above-mentioned jobs, we have numerous analytic and diagnostic tools at hand for the networking systems in the vehicle.
