Continuous processing chain

Our stamping department supplies not only the in-house production but also other automobile manufacturers. One of its remarkable features is the extremely flexible working procedures which are obtained by connecting the stamping machines closely with modern robot technology.
23 large stamping machines from 400 to 1.600 t with desk sizes of up to 2.500 x 4.000 mm meet all the demands of tooling technology. For the production of low-volume series, we have a special production laser facility to keep investment costs as low as possible.
Close cooperation with tooling guarantees a constant processing chain from the vehicle engineering of a stamped part to mass stamping. Certainly, we are certified and have all the standardised quality management systems. The production processes are supervised by CNC measuring machines, among others, which allow for an online production check.
