At Karmann the customer is always the focus of our activities. To fulfill this task, the Karmann Customer Service Center is integrated during the initial phases of development. Experiences made by Customer Service during the entire production period are also utilized and implemented.
Through the close cooperation with every department involved in the product, customer enquiries can be processed rapidly and at any time by each respective product supervisor and workshop personnel.
We are familiar with our products and, as a result, are always available to offer advice and support to all our customers.
