As a trainee or a student about to receive his diploma, you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice at Karmann. Regular monthly meetings for our trainees and students support the flow of information and the exchange of experience and they encourage mutual acquaintance.
Very often, their career brings former students and trainees back to Karmann again. We keep close contact with our former trainees and students in the Karmann student programme and especially qualified students regularly get information about Karmann. Besides, we offer our students the possibility of a second period of internship and the opportunity to write their dissertation at Karmann. They are invited to auto shows like the Frankfurt Motor Show or excursions to Karmann.
A great number of our newcomers have made their first acquaintance with Karmann as trainees or while writing their dissertation.
