The capacities of our high-tech machine centre (200.000 h/year) and the thorough expert work of our partners guarantee fast processing of high precision and a convincing quality. For example, we employ two HSC (high speed cutting machine), 5-axle portal milling machines and other 3-and 5-axle CNC portal milling machines with up to 90 KW spindle power.
Our tryout ensures the final acceptance of every tool set with its long term experience and the available stamping capacities (8 large scale stamping machines of up to 18000 KN ). All tools from structure parts to complex parts of the body shell are intensely tested under the stamping machines and prepared for their application in series production. Of course, we work in close coordination with the series stamping shop and the steel suppliers of our clients.
