ProductionSystems plans, develops, simulates and manufactures the entire range of equipment required for the manufacturing of automobile body constructions and roof systems for example to join individual stamped single parts to make a complete body shell. In this process, the latest technologies such as laser welding and roller hemming are implemented.
Implementing the most modern CAD/CAM systems, planning tools and off line programming of the robots we are able to continuously reduce manufacturing and production times.
In the early planning phase all procedures are optimised with computer aided simulation, an important step on the way to the digital factory. Our experience results from our internal low volume series production as well as external contracts with other OEMs. This makes us a strong and reliable partner for complete projects in the field of production equipment for BIW manufacturing and roof systems. Numerous successful projects for the renowned vehicle makers in the automobile and utility sectors are the proof of our capabilities.
We plan all relevant automation and control concepts, all relevant automation and control concepts are also engineered by us and then put into operation. We closely cooperate with our customers when planning automation solutions and production control. We work out innovative solutions for example to control the series processes in a production line.
