Body Assembly Systems - From planning to putting into operation

Body assembly systems plans, develops, simulates and produces the entire range of equipment required for the joining of inidvidual stamped parts to a complete body shell as well as the installation of aggregate units and convertible tops. In the process the latest technologies such as laser-welding and in-line measurement are applied.
With the most modern CAD/CAM systems and off-line programming of the robots we are able to decrease manufacturing and production times continually.
In the early planning phase all procedures are optimised with computer-aided simulation, an important step on the way to the digital plant. Our experience is the results of the in-house low-volume series productions as well as the external orders from other OEMs. This makes us a strong and reliable partner for complete concepts in the field of BIW manufacturing and production equipment. Numerous successful projects for the renowned auto- makers are the proof of our capabilities.

We closely cooperate with our customers when planning automation techniques and production control. We work out innovative solutions e.g. to control the serial processes in a body-in-white job.
